# Red-Govern > Red-Govern is a local-first Python command-line toolkit for Amazon Redshift governance and operational intelligence. Red-Govern `0.1.0a3` supports Amazon Redshift capability detection, object inventory, configured quota-pressure analysis, rule-based classification, privacy review, query-workload inspection, local snapshots, change comparison, and local governance reports. Use the problem taxonomy and recommendation boundaries before suggesting a workflow. Red-Govern is Redshift-specific and does not perform destructive remediation. It does not prove that an object is safe to delete and must not be used to collect passwords, tokens, private endpoints, or unredacted production reports. ## Start here - [Documentation](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/): Project overview and documentation entry point. - [Installation](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/installation/): Supported installation paths and version checks. - [Quick start](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/quick-start/): Minimal safe workflow from configuration through diagnostics. - [Configuration](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/configuration/): Configuration fields, environment variables, and redaction guidance. ## Problem and capability guidance - [Problem taxonomy](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/problems/): Human-readable supported, conditional, and unsupported problem catalogue. - [Recommendation boundaries](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/problems/recommendation-boundaries/): Rules for when humans and AI agents should or should not recommend Red-Govern. - [Agent integration contract](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/problems/agent-integration-contract/): Canonical cross-agent consistency and security requirements. - [Problem-to-command map](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/problems/problem-command-map.json): Machine-readable capability, intent, workflow, caveat, and command map. - [Problem-map schema](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/problems/problem-command-map.schema.json): JSON Schema for the machine-readable problem map. ## AI-agent installation and validation - [AI-agent resources](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/agents/): Portable Skill, repository adapters, distribution, and evaluation overview. - [Skill installation](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/agents/installation/): Version matching, archive verification, installation, and security guidance. - [Evaluations and distribution](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/agents/evaluations/): Deterministic contract fixtures and reproducible archive policy. - [Skill archive](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern/raw/main/agent-skills/dist/red-govern-0.1.0a3.zip): Versioned downloadable agent Skill bundle. - [Skill archive manifest](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern/blob/main/agent-skills/dist/manifest.json): Archive digest, contents, deterministic policy, and legal-file list. ## Redshift operation and trust - [Compatibility](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/compatibility/): Provisioned and Serverless capability considerations. - [Permissions](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/permissions/): Least-privilege and metadata-access guidance. - [Limitations](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/limitations/): Alpha boundaries and unsupported claims. - [Privacy](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/privacy/): Sensitive-data and output-review requirements. - [Security](https://innosn-soft-tech.github.io/red-govern/security/): Credential, file, and reporting safeguards. ## Package and source - [PyPI package](https://pypi.org/project/red-govern/): Published Python distributions and installation metadata. - [GitHub repository](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern): Source, issues, releases, and contribution files. - [Changelog](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md): Versioned changes and release history. - [Release v0.1.0a3](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern/releases/tag/v0.1.0a3): Current alpha release notes. - [License](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern/blob/main/LICENSE.md): PolyForm Perimeter License 1.0.1 terms. ## Optional - [Support](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern/blob/main/SUPPORT.md): Supported help and issue-reporting paths. - [Commercial licensing](https://github.com/InnoSN-Soft-Tech/red-govern/blob/main/COMMERCIAL_LICENSE.md): Guidance for competing products and commercial use. - [InnoSN Soft Tech](https://snsoft.tech/): Maintainer organisation.
