# Red-Govern

> Red-Govern is a local-first Python command-line toolkit for Amazon Redshift governance and operational intelligence.

Red-Govern `0.1.0a3` supports Amazon Redshift capability detection, object
inventory, configured quota-pressure analysis, rule-based classification,
privacy review, query-workload inspection, local snapshots, change comparison,
and local governance reports.

Use the problem taxonomy and recommendation boundaries before suggesting a
workflow. Red-Govern is Redshift-specific and does not perform destructive remediation.
It does not prove that an object is safe to delete and must not be used to collect
passwords, tokens, private endpoints, or unredacted production reports.
